Clean room & friendly accommodating staff

Very clean; looked as if it'd been remodeled inside recently. Comfy beds, nice-sized room & bath, good AC & shower. Sink needed a stopper. Didn't charge a room deposit. Thin walls; too much neighbor noise. Limited breakfast options (very little fresh or processed fruit). No milk on Sunday morning. Front desk often unstaffed; personnel not very communicative.

We love staying at Cotton Court but feel that $150 a night for the dog to stay is really outrageous. A quiet well-behaved dog that doesn’t cause any damage shouldn’t be treated the same as a dog that is loud or damages the property. Surely you could come up with a damage deposit that more appropriately addresses the issue.

It was close to TTU and I was able to walk there several times. It was also close to other events I was attending by car. I was disappointed that the pool was closed a couple of days before I arrived... No notice was given on the website. The bathroom sink was not draining well, the toilet valve in the tank was not sealing properly so it had to refill itself periodically (waste of water), the facility was dated but it was convenient and had what I needed. It was nice havng a kitchen.
